In this video, “Coordinating Multijurisdictional Defenses Using Milestones,” Tashia Rasul, partner at Lois Law Firm, builds on last month’s webinar (“Legal Issues in Coordinating Defenses“) to explore the likely milestones to be reached in each jurisdiction. At each point, consideration should be made as to whether to convene a meeting of necessary stakeholders to decide on a unified course of action. Where a decision does not need to be made, these milestones serve as a marker for a meeting to be held between defense counsel to update as to the progress of each case.
