Associate Attorney Natalia Verde concentrates her practice at LOIS on defending employers and carriers in New York workers’ compensation claims. She manages all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including evaluating claims, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and litigating on the client’s behalf.
During law school, Natalia was part of the Post Conviction Innocence Clinic and served as the New York Law School Law Review Staff Editor, where she wrote unpublished note on 4th Amendment search and seizures. Prior to LOIS, Natalia served as a law clerk to Judge Carmen Velazquez in the Queen Civil Court and worked as an associate for a corporate and securities law firm.
