Associate Attorney Jessica Blydenburgh has extensive experience defending employers and carriers in New York workers’ compensation claims and managing all stages of claims handling. As a trial attorney, Jess is experienced with pre-trial disclosure procedures, trial presentation, and post-trial (appellate) practice.
Jess is also an adjunct professor of legal studies, regularly teaching classes on workers’ compensation, legal ethics, and advanced legal research and writing.
