Associate Attorney Elias Aydin concentrates his practice at LOIS on defending employers and carriers in New York workers’ compensation claims. Elias manages all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including evaluating claims, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and litigating on the client’s behalf.
Prior to join the firm, Elias represented commercial property owners in litigated disputes and served as a law clerk to the Hon. Adam E. Jacobs, J.S.C.
