Base Pay Range: $120,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr (dependent on experience)

We set the standard in our industry. This role is in-house at our Paramus, New Jersey office, Mondays through Fridays. Here, you’ll help us measure ourselves against ourselves. As the coordinator of our quality management system, you will be responsible for developing a strong department for measuring internal quality of service and for unleashing metrics and dashboards that expose our operational excellence to clients. We’ve got some great talent in our auditing department; you’re here to lead it forward by organizing and structuring consistent data-tracking methods to deliver actionable insights to adjust, improve, and empower our attorneys and our case-handling system.
THE GOALS
You’ll embed ISO 9001 frameworks into our already robust auditing program. You’ll help rally our attorneys and paralegals to see through every claim, every trial prep, and every settlement to deliver the best quality work to our clients so they keep cheering the LOIS name. By crafting metrics and dashboards, you’ll give carriers and employers real-time proof of our cradle-to-grave dominance —from risk management to courtroom victories. In a firm where innovation means leading the charge on Litigation Guidelines compliance and data-driven defenses, you’ll be the objective evidence ensuring our high-level advocacy edge stays sharp and precise.
