Base Pay Range: $120,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr (dependent on experience)

Lois Law Firm is the market-leading law firm that thrives on innovation and continuous improvement. One of the ways we lead our industry is through our well-regarded Continuing Legal Education programs for attorneys and industry seminars, workshops, and webinars for the broader legal community. Over the past 10 years, we have built a catalog of professional development programs that educate, elevate, and support the mastery of attorneys, paralegals, and claims professionals across our industry.

As the leader of our training development, you will be responsible for taking our mature curriculum and unmatched resources and expanding our reach to be the standard for workers’ compensation training in New York and New Jersey. This role is in-house at our Paramus, New Jersey office, Mondays through Fridays.

Your mission: Improve the reach, expand the scope, and drive continuous improvement both at Lois Law Firm and the broader legal community by leading the professional development department at LOIS.
