2013 Workers' Compensation handbooks available.

Tracking the changes.

Every year I revise and expand my workers’ compensation handbooks to make them the most up-to-date and comprehensive references available anywhere.  These books are written in plain English – not legalese – and provide an easy to use guide to handling claims in New York and New Jersey.

What’s new this year.

If you have been receiving my handbooks over the past few years, you may have noticed that the page count changes each year. This year, despite deleting out nearly 60 pages of old material (which was either discarded as no longer “good” law or summarized more carefully) the New York book still grew by about 20 pages. The New Jersey handbook shrank by a similar amount as we removed cases which have been superceded by new decisions and pruned down some discussions to improve readability.
