Meisha Powell is an associate who defend employers and carriers in New York workers’ compensation claims. Meisha focuses her practice and primarily counsel clients in the Firm’s complex claims practice group. Her main focus is on construction litigation defense where she defends employers and insurance companies. Her clients include self- insured, large deductible insured, carriers that insure wrap policies, OCIPs and CCIPs. She has years of trial experience defending claimants and now employers and carriers.
As a litigator, Meisha guides clients through every phase of litigation. As a trial attorney, Meisha is experienced with pre-trial disclosure procedures, trial presentation, and post-trial (appellate) practice.
