New Jersey Appellate Division Decision in Jeffrey Bello v. United Panam (representing United Panam), decided March 4, 2024 finding favorably for the employer and setting the standard for admission of scientific and epidemiological proofs in a New Jersey workers' compensation case.
New Jersey Appellate Division Decision in K.H. v. Eastern Concrete, (representing Eastern Concrete), decided July 9, 2019 and finding favorably for the employer that the Judge awarded lost wages without basis. Remanded for trial proceedings consistent with appellate decision and reimbursement of benefits issued to the employer.
New Jersey Appellate Division decision in Yuriel Mondragon Calix v. A2Z Universal Landscaping and Utica Insurance Group (representing Utica Insurance Group), decided September 7, 2017, and finding favorably for Utica that the Judge of Compensation incorrectly applied N.J.A.C. 12:235-3.2(h) in a Motion or Medical and Temporary Disability Benefits.
