Stephen McLinden is a senior associate at LOIS whose practice is concentrated on workers’ compensation insurance defense, representing insurers/self-insured parties at hearings and drafting appeal briefs. As a trial attorney, Stephen is experienced with pre-trial disclosure procedures, trial presentation, and post-trial (appellate) practice. Stephen is known for his creative approach to legal arguments, and has been an occasional guest on LOIS Partner Christian Sison’s Third Fridays podcast.
During law school, Stephen spent a summer clerkship in the Suffolk County Supreme Court’s Commercial Division. Stephen’s prior legal experience also includes representing injured workers in workers’ compensation matters and mass torts litigation relating to pharmaceutical and medical device product liability.
