Associate Attorney Rose Stingo concentrates her practice at LOIS on defending employers and carriers in New Jersey workers’ compensation claims. She manages all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including evaluating claims, negotiating settlements, and litigating on the client’s behalf.
Prior to joining LOIS, Rose served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Herbert S. Friend, J.S.C. -Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Law Division.
