Rachel Shapiro concentrates her practice at LOIS on defending employers and carriers in New York workers’ compensation claims. As a trial attorney, Rachel is experienced with pre-trial disclosure procedures, trial presentation, and post-trial (appellate) practice.
Rachel Shapiro graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 2020. While at Fordham Law, she was a member of the Moot Court competition team and an editor on the International Law Journal.
