Noah Pollack, Partner at Lois Law Firm, concentrates his practice on defending employers and carriers in New York workers’ compensation claims. Noah’s prior experience includes serving as attorney for the New York Special Funds Conservation Committee (2013-2018) where he handled all aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims for insurance carriers, from inception forward, including litigation of claims before Administrative Law Judges and the Workers’ Compensation Board. As attorney at Special Funds, Noah was responsible for hearings, appeals, depositions, negotiation and drafting of stipulations and final settlement agreements.
