Nick Minerva is a Senior Associate who defends employers and carriers in LOIS’ Insured Risk Practice Group. Nick concentrates his practice on representing employers, self-insured companies, third party administrators, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. As a trial attorney, Nick is experienced with pre-trial disclosure procedures, trial presentation, and post-trial (appellate) practice.
Prior to joining Lois, Nick worked for one of the largest plaintiff’s firms for Workers’ Compensation in New York State, handling hundreds of depositions and hearings each year. Prior to becoming an attorney, Nick worked for Nassau County Department of Parks and Recreation and also played guitar in a band for ten years.
