Associate Attorney Nathalie Thomas concentrates her practice at LOIS on defending employers and carriers in New York workers’ compensation claims. As a trial attorney, Nathalie is experienced with pre-trial disclosure procedures, trial presentation, and post-trial (appellate) practice.
Before joining LOIS, Nathalie had prior experience in worker’s compensation; litigation experience in insurance defense, motion and trial practice.
