Associate Attorney Chris Xyloportas concentrates his practice at LOIS on defending employers and carriers in New York workers’ compensation claims. Chris manages all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including evaluating claims, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and litigating on the client’s behalf.
Prior to working at LOIS, Chris worked as corporate counsel for a pharmaceutical company and in commercial litigation where he represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in a variety of matters, including construction cases.
