Associate Attorney Brian Mooney concentrates his practice at LOIS on defending employers and carriers in New York workers’ compensation claims. Brian manages all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including evaluating claims, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and litigating on the client’s behalf.
Prior to joining Lois, Brian completed law school at Touro University while working full-time for high-volume New York State Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Law Firms. His experience at multiple levels of the injury law spectrum provides him with a unique perspective for case handling. Currently, his efforts are devoted to defending Retail Employers within the firm’s Self-Insured Practice Group.
